2 serving 1 Egg- large, fresh 1/4 cup Butter, unsalted 1/8 tsp Salt (table) (by CYNDYY1) 1/4 cup Milk, Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Almond Milk2 tsp Baking Powder 1/4 serving Greek Yogurt - mixed berry flavor1 cup serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour 6 tsp Equal Sugarly 1/2 tsp Lemon Extract 1/4 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen
Preheat oven to 359
Sift all dry ingriedients together
In a seperate bowl mix all went ingriedents
Combine the wet and dry ingriedents. Let the batter rest for no less than 20 minutes
Fill donut pan with batter then drop berries into each donut mold. Be sure to spray the pan with olive oil. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

It's actually very moist. I've tossed them in the freezer for quick morning treats. I put them in the microwave for 30 seconds or air fryer for 5 minutes. Hope you enjoy!
