Ingredients
2.0 small (5-1/2" long) Carrots, raw1.0 cup HyVee Whole Kernel Golden Corn -- Canned1.0 cup Beans, white1.0 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans)1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 tsp Cumin seed1.0 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Ground)1.0 cup Ancient Harvest Quinoa Flakes (1 serving = 1/3 cup)1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw0.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Drain tinned ingredients then combine in a large bowl. Mash with a potato masher. Grate carrots and onion, then combine with the tinned ingredients. Whisk egg with water and spices in a small bowl. Combine with other ingredients in large bowl. Form the burgers and roll in plain flour to coat the outside of each burger. Cook on the stove or in the oven.

Serving Size: Makes 12 mini burger patties.
