Amelia's Chicken Tortilla Soup

Canola or olive oilCelery, dicedOnion, dicedStewed Tomatoes, cannedCorn, cannedChicken breast, shreddedClamato, or V8 or Bloody Mary MixGround cuminBlack Pepper
Sautee celery and onions until transparent...cook longer if you like vegetables softer.
Add cans of stewed tomatoes and corn...do not drain. Add cooked chicken breast and Clamato. Bring to a simmer and season with cumin and black pepper to taste!
Options: Serve with tortilla chips, sour cream, shredded cheese, and diced avocados for extra yum!!!
