Ingredients
3.0 tbsp Sour Cream3.0 tbsp Mayonnaise, regular (mayo)1.0 can (10.75 oz) Cream of Chicken Soup4.0 cup, chopped Broccoli, fresh1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw6.0 serving (makes 1/2 cup prepared) Stove Top Stuffing Mix32.0 oz Chicken, rotisserie cooked, breast meat, no skin16.0 tbsp Cheese - Cream Cheese Philadelphia3.5 serving Birds Eye Cauliflower Rice (3/4 C / 82g)
Directions
One rotisserie chicken shredded and set aside Chop fresh broccoli and boil til bright green. Strain... Set aside. Cream the following: cream cheese, sour cream, mayo and cream of chicken. Add seasoning.. We used celery salt, pepper, thyme, garlic. Sit aside. Chop onion and saute with garlic in a little bit of olive oil and add a bag of cauliflower rice cook til slightly browned... Add chicken and broccoli. Then slowly add the cream mixture. Put in a deep rectangle baking dish. Then add the stuffing with a little bit of chicken stock to wet. And add on top of cassrerole. Bake at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes til browned. Serving Size: 12
