Ingredients
1 10-oz package of frozen spinach1 tbsp Onion flakes or powder2 oz Low Fat Cheddar1 tbsp Smart Balance Buttery SpreadA dash of cracked black pepper
Directions
Combine ingredients in a microwaveable bowl. Cook for three minutes on high in microwave. Drain any accumulated water and mix the ingredients. Microwave for another three minutes and serve.
