Ingredients
24 tsp Erythritol Sweetner (by WEMMONS1953) 24 tsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend 8 tbsp Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter 4 tbsp Shortening, Crisco 4 tbsp Butter, salted 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1.25 cup nature's eats blanched almond flour .75 tsp Baking Soda .5 tsp Baking Powder
Directions
Mix sugars, peanut butter, shortening, butter, and egg. Stir in remaining ingredients. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Heat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. Shape dough into 1.25" balls Place 3" apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten in crisscross pattern with a fork dipped in water. Bake for 9-10 minutes, remove from cookie sheet and cool on wire rack.
