1-1/3 cups Swerve sugar replacement1 teaspoon salt2 teaspoons cinnamon1 teaspoon ginger1/2 teaspoon cloves4 large eggs2 (15 oz) cans pumpkin2 (12 oz) cans nonfat evaporated milk
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray a 13x9 glass pan with cooking spray. Mix together sugar and spices. Beat eggs, add pumpkin, sugar/spice mixture, and evaporated milk and mix until blended. Pour into pan and bake 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.
