Cinnamon and Nutmeg Spiced Quinoa and Oatmeal (Quinmeal?) with Apples, Raisins

Ingredients
As desired: (what I do)Salt (two shakes)Cinnamon (five shakes)Nutmeg (three shakes)A packet of sweetener (that's just me!)1/3 Apples, diced, fresh with skin 2 Tbs Raisins 2 Tbs Pepitas, pumpkin seeds1/4 cup oatmeal, old fashioned, dry 1/4 cup cooked Quinoa (leftover and cold)1/2 cup water
Directions
Sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg in microwaveable bowl with a couple of shakes of salt and a packet of sweetener.

Mix.

Add apples, oatmeal, and raisins, stir.

Top with cold quinoa, and a cup of water

Microwave 2 minutes, stirring once.

Serving Size: 1 serving.
