Homemade Hamburger Buns

Ingredients
3.5 cup Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 tsp Fleischmann's Yeast (instant dry yeast) (by NURSIEBOOP) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 3 tsp Granulated Sugar 1 cup very warm water, tap .5 tbsp Salt 1 extra egg for top of buns
Directions
Place yeast into bowl with warm water, sugar and 1/2 cup flour. Mix. Let foam for 10-15 minutes.
Add 1 egg, olive oil and salt to mixture. Add in remaining flour.
Use a dough hook and mix for approximately 8 mins until it forms a soft ball that doesn't stick to the side. If needed, add water or flour 1 tbsp at a time if too dry or too wet.
Create a ball, and spray a bowl with cooking spray. Place ball in bowl and cover, and leave in a warm place to rise, approximately 2 hours.
After rising, separate dough into 8 equal pieces and create rounds, by balling it up, then gently pat and stretch until the dough rounds into flat disc shapes.
Cover with a little flour, cover, and let rise another hour.
Preheat oven to 375°F
Beat egg with small amount of water, brush on the tops of the buns carefully
Bake until golden brown, approximately 15-17 minutes.
Let them cool completely before separating.
