Turkey Breakfast Sausage Patties

Ingredients
2 lbs Extra Lean Ground Turkey2tbsp Maple Syrup 1.5 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black 2 tsp Poultry seasoning .5 tsp Garlic powder
Directions
Combine ground turkey, syrup, salt, pepper, poultry seasoning and garlic powder in a bowl until completely mixed.

Divide into 12 balls (each will be around 79 or 80 grams) and flatten to desired thickness.

Heat a pan or griddle to medium high and after adding a little cooking spray, add patties. Cook about 3 to 5 minutes each side or until internal temperature is over 165°F.
