Chocolate Avocado Chia Pudding

Ingredients
1/4 cup Chia seed 2 tsp Dutch process cocoa or raw cacao 1 Tbs Lucuma powder or 2 tsp Maple syrup2 Bomb Smoothie Bomb - Raw Cacao 1 1/2 cup Coconut milk or any other plant milk 1 Avocado, flesh only
Directions
Mix all ingredients in jug of blender
Blend until smooth and well mixed
Chill in covered container in fridge 2hrs to overnight
Serve decorated with sliced strawberries and cashew cream
