Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 ouncesMayonnaise, Hellman's Light, ½ tbspKraft Light Done Right Ranch Salad Dressing, 1 tbspOnion, raw, 1 tbsp choppedIceberg Lettuce, 2 leaf, largeMrs Dash Salt-Free Seasoning Blend (Southwest Chipotle), ¼ tspLemon Pepper, ¼ tspRed Ripe Tomatoes, 1 slice, thick/large (1/2" thick)1 Mission Brand 6.5" Low Carb (Fajita Size) Tortilla
1. Cook chicken in a non-stick frypan with the seasonings and ¼ cup of water.
2. Cut chicken into strips & chop onions.
3. In a bowl, mix ranch and mayonnaise.
4. Lay tortilla on plate, place 1 lettuce leaf on tortilla. Lightly brush lettuce leaf with the mayonnaise mixture
5. Lay cooked chicken strips on lettuce leaf.
6. Lay tomato slices on top of the chicken. Top with remaining mayonnaise mix.
7. Top with remaining lettuce leaf. Wrap up tortilla.
8. Eat and enjoy. Yum!
