Ingredients
1 fruit without seeds Lemons 1 fruit (2" dia) Limes 7 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 2 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber (with peel) 10 tsp Ginger Root 1 cup Parsley 2 cup Spinach, fresh 2 serving Apple-Granny Smith Green (Medium)
Directions
Cut ingredients as desired to fit into your blender. Blend all ingredients together. I prefer the Ninja because it leaves chunks and I can eat it with a spoon. The wife prefers it through the blender so she can drink it with a straw
