1 cup fresh baby spinach1 cup filtered water1/2 cucumber diced1 stalk celery diced1 small fresh Pear cored and diced1 inch piece fresh ginger root mincedjuice of 1 small lemon
Place spinach in blender. Pour 1 cup water over spinach. Blend until spinach is liquefied. Add in cucumber. Blend. Add in celery. Blend. Add in pear. Blend. Add in ginger root and lemon juice. Blend well.
You can drink immediately or let cool in refrigerator.
