Pie maker Gozleme

Ingredients
1.0 ounce Yeast, bakers1.0 tsp Granulated Sugar1.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap200.0 g Plain white flour (UK)2.0 tsp Salt200.0 Grams Feta Cheese250.0 Grams Spinach, frozen1.0 tbsp masterfoods moroccan seasoning500.0 gram(s) Chicken - Extra Lean Ground chicken
Directions
Place yeast water and sugar into a cup for 10 mins until foaming. Meanwhile soft flour and salt into a mixer with a dough hook, after yeast has foamed add to flour and mix until well combined. Allow to knead for around 5-6 mins. Cook mince with the seasoning until just cooked breaking up as you go. Thaw out spinach and cut up feta. Take dough and cut into 8 equal pieces and roll out until around 2mm thick. Using cutter that came with the pie maker cut a bottom and top price from each of the dough pieces. Add the bottom piece of dough to the pie maker, layer the spinach mince and feta then add the top piece of dough. Cook for 5 mins.
