Ingredients
1 Green,Yellow,and Red, Pepper5 Med tomato 1 Med yellow or red onion 2 limes (juice only)2-3 table spoons cilantro (To Tastesalt (To Taste )
Directions
1. chop pepers & onion
2. Peal and chop tomato
3 Chop cilantro
4. Add juice from limes
5. Add salt
6. Stir
7 let sit for 2-3 hours then Serve

    While technically Pico de Gallo, and not salsa, this was really tasty. Very fresh. Also very good looking and colorful with the three colors of peppers, although I only used 1/2 of each color rather than a whole one, and 1/2 of a medium onion. - 9/1/08
