36 cup Tomato juice, without salt added 32 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil 8 large Onions, raw 4 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 1 serving garlic, one head or bulb, approx. 10 cloves (by HIGHHOPENDREAMS) 9 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste 1 tbsp Oregano, ground .5 tbsp Basil 2 cup Granulated Sugar .5 cup Salt
Cook onions and green pepper with garlic in 2 cups vegetable oil until soft. Grind 1/2 bushel of tomatoes to make 36 cups of juice add juice to large stock pot. Grind veggies cooked in oil through folley mill to make pulp. add tomato paste, sugar and spices and salt cook 4-6 hours until thickened place in clean quart jars(11) and seal
