32.5 gram Isopure Low Carb (Dutch Chocolate) 11.2 oz real coco chocolate organic coconut milk3.0 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Banana, fresh (frozen)Fiber powder optional
Pour coconut milk in blender. Add scoop of protein powder. Blend on low to mix in powder. Add frozen bananas sliced into bite sized chunks. Blend until smooth. For a thicker consistency, freeze for one hour or until desired consistency, stirring about every 20 min.
