French onion chicken & rice

Ingredients
18.0 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted1.25 cup Cream of Mushroom Soup6.0 serving Birds Eye Cauliflower Rice (3/4 C / 82g)10.5 oz *Soup- Campbell's French Onion Soup
Directions
Cook cauliflower rice as instructed. In saucepan, mix soups with 1/2 c water & bring to a boil. Put rice in casserole dish, pour most of the soup over rice & stir. Place chicken on top. And pour remaining soup over chicken. Cover & back at 350 for 40 min.
