KK's meatballs

Ingredients
12.0 oz Ground beef, lean1.0 tsp Garlic0.25 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain0.25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 small Onions, raw1.0 tsp Salt2 tsp Italian seasoning1/4-1/2 tsp cayenne
Directions
Mix everything together in a bowl, use clean hands. Take a small bit and make a tiny hamburger. Cook it, taste it. Adjust seasoning as desired. Make 24 golf ball sized meatballs. Cook on stove, turning frequently to get all sides. Toss into some sauce and eat.
