Easy Blueberry Muffins

3 C sifted flour1 C sugar1 t cream of tartar1 t soda1 t salt1/3 C melted shortening1-1/4 C skim milk2 eggs1 t vanilla1 pint blueberries, fresh or frozen
Sift together the dry ingredients and then add the wet ingredients. If the blueberries have liquid, use it in place of some of the milk. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes. Yield: 18 - 20 muffins. I made some of the jumbo muffins as well and baked them for 30 minutes.
