Almond and seed Protein Bar

4 oz Almonds (whole, raw, Kirkland brand) 5 tbsp Hemp Hearts- raw shelled hemp seeds 5 tbsp *Flax Seed 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 tbsp Wow Butter Toasted Soy Butter 1 tbsp Butter, salted .75 tsp Salt 4 tbsp Chocolate chips, Hershey's milk chocolate 0.5 cup dry Oatmeal (plain)
Heat oven to 375 and toast crushed almonds for 7 - 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350.
Gently melt the two butters together and set aside.
Beat egg and mix in melted, slighting cooled butters.
Add remain ingredients and mix until everything is coated.
Press very firmly into a lined 8 x8 pan.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Allow to cool for 30 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 8 bars
