Baked Lemon Butter & Thyme Cod

Ingredients
1 dash Pepper, black 1 dash Salt 4 tbsp Butter, salted 2 tsp Thyme, fresh 4 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice 21 oz Cod (fish)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Season cod on both sides with salt & pepper - Put each fillet in aluminum foil . Divide the butter, thyme, and lemon juice between the 4 fillets. Fold over sides of aluminum foil to create a pouch. Place these on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Open pouches carefully to allow stem to escape. Serve hot.
