*Carrot Raisin Salad

Ingredients
1 tbsp Lemon Juice1/4 cup Raisins1 cup shredded Carrots1 tsp Brown Sugar1 tbsp Hellmann's Light Mayo1 1/2 tbsp Daisy Light Sour Cream1 pkt Splenda2 tbsp Crushed Pineapple in JuicePinch of Salt
Directions
Combine carrots, raisins and pineapple in bowl and set aside.

Whisk together mayo,
sour cream, lemon juice, salt, brown sugar and Splenda.

Pour mayo mixture over carrot mixture and stir until well combined.

Serving Size: Makes two 1/2 cup servings
