Mexican Skillet w ground turkey and rice

Ingredients
1 unit, yield from 1 lb raw Ground Turkey 1 cup, chopped Sweet peppers (bell) 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2.5 cup Great Value Diced Tomatoes (in Tomato juice) 1 cup Rice, white, long-grain, regular, raw, enriched 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
In large skillet, brown onions and peppers in oil
Brown ground turkey
Pour undrained tomatoes into skillet
Add rice. Bring to boil. Reduce to simmer, covered for 15-20 minutes or until rice is fully cooked.
