Oatybars

Ingredients
125 grams Flour, whole grain 4 cup Rolled Oats 90 grams Raisins 90 grams Apricots, dried 45 grams Sunflower Seeds, without salt 2 tsp Cinnamon, ground 0.5 tsp Ginger, ground 140 grams Banana, fresh, mashed1 tbsp Molasses, blackstrap 2 tbsp Honey 0.25 cup Grapeseed Oil 1.25 cup water
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Pat out flat onto greased tray and mark into bars. Bake for 45 minutes at 150 C.
