Ingredients
0.34 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground0.66 cup Granulated Sugar0.5 cup Applesauce, unsweetened0.25 cup Coconut Oil1.0 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol1.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour2.0 tsp Leavening agents, baking powder, low-sodium4.0 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Original, refrigerated2.0 serving apple, peeled, small4.0 tsp Granulated Sugar1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Directions
Preheat oven 350° Spray muffin tins Mix brown sugar and cinnamon, set aside. Beat sugar, 1/4 c applesauce, coconut oil. Beat in the rest of the applesauce, add vanilla. Whisk flour and baking powder together, add to batter. Add milk and mix. Then add apples and cinnamon sugar mix. Blend. Scoop into muffin tins. Cook til done about 20 min. Can put in bread pans if desired, cook at least an hour or til done.
