Applesauce cake

Ingredients
2 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1 cup oa1 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Salt 1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground 1 cup, packed Brown Sugar 1.5 cup Applesauce, unsweetened .5 cup Sour Cream 2 large Egg white, fresh 2 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry)
Directions
Stir together dry ingredients in a large bowl, add sugar, sour cream, applesauce and egg, mix thoroughly. (I mixed oatmeal with wet ingredients in a food processor for finer grains of oatmeal) Pour into a 9x13 pan lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Cool and cut.
