16 oz Simple Truth Organic Grass Fed Ground Beef 3 tbsp Simple Truth Black Chia Seeds (by NINTENDOUGH) 0.187 cup 1 Minute Quick Oats (100% Rolled Oats) 1 extra large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 4 oz V8 spicy hot 8 tbsp Lipton Beefy Onion Soup Mix (One Package = 8 Tablespoons) (by LIFENPROGRESS) 10 serving Catsup, Heinz Organic 1 TB (by FITAT60S) 3 serving Sargento Colby-Pepper Jack Cheese (1 slice)
Heat oven to 375. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil and place 12 silicone cupcake holders on pan. Add chia seeds to V8 juice and stir, set aside. Break apart ground beef and stir in egg and soup mix. Sprinkle with 3 TB dry instant oats, then pour chia juice mix on top and mix well. Fill cupcakes about 2/3 of the way full, make sure all 12 are evenly filled. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes. Turn the meatloaves out of the silicone cups so they are upside down. Top each "loaf" with a squirt of catsup and 1/4 slice of cheese. Return to oven and broil on high for about 2-3 minutes. Ready to serve or store in tight container and use for snacks or quick meals.
