Ingredients
condensed milk nonfat, 10 serving (remove)evaporated milk 2%, 24 serving (remove)Saffron, 1 tsp (remove)cardamon pods green, 12(remove)Milk, 1%, 1.5 cup (remove)Pistachio Nuts, .5 cup (remove)
Directions
simmer 30 min 2 cans evaporated milk with saffron and cardamon pods, as pods soften break open pods with spoon to add more flavor.
strain mixture and cool
when cool add condensed milk and 1% milk
put in ice cream maker
chop pistachios to a fine texture
spread pistachios on bottom of flat 8 X 12 dish
spread ice cream mixture over nuts and freeze.
