No Butter Chicken

Ingredients
1 tbsp Canola Oil 1 small Onions, raw 3 tsp Ginger Root 3 clove Garlic 6 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast - Raw (by LAURIE32) .5 tsp Cumin seed 3 tsp Garam Masala (by BIGGIRL2082010) .5 tsp Coriander seed .5 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (by TORI7HARRISON) 1 tsp ground tumeric (by INSPIREDBYCHJ) 1 tsp Salt 45 grams Tomato Paste 4 oz Lucerne Plain Fat Free Yogurt .25 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth .25 cup Silk Coconut Milk (Unsweetened) 1 tbsp Cilantro, dried
Directions
Sweat the onions, ginger and garlic in the oil

Add the chopped chicken and cook until surface is cooked.

add the spices and toast 1 minute

Add tomato paste, yogurt, chicken broth, coconut milk. Mix well.

Cover and simmer approx 10 minutes.

Garnish with cilantro. Serve on rice (or cauliflower rice)
