Two Bite Brownies

Ingredients
6 tbsp Butter, unsalted 28 grams Baking chocolate, unsweetened, squares (3 ounces)3 Eggland's Best Large Egg 6 tablespoons Swerve Confectioners Sugar Replacement .75 tsp Vanilla Extract 3/4 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour .75 tsp Baking Powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 325F and grease mini muffin pan very well. In large saucepan melt butter and chocolate together over low heat and whisk until smooth. Remove from heat.
Whisk in eggs, sweetener and vanilla extract until well combined. Your mixture may seize up, this is normal. Whisk in up to 2 tablespoons water until the mixture smooths out.
Whisk in almond flour and baking powder until well combined. Can add 1/4 tsp salt if desired (not in ingredient list).
Divide the batter amoung the greased muffin cups and bake 10 minutes until the edges are set and the centers are domed slightly. 8 - 12 minutes bake time with fudgier brownies on the lower end of the time range.
