Oven Fried Almond Parmesan Fish Fillets

Ingredients
12 oz Cod (fish) or fish of choice0.5 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g) .75 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 1 clove Garlic .25 tsp Pepper, black .125 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (by TORI7HARRISON) 3 sprigs Dill weed, fresh
Directions
Heat oven to 400 degrees
Dip each fillet in egg/egg white

Dip in almond parmesan mixture, place on pan and press on topping

Spray with oil

Bake according to fish fillet size 10-20 minutes

Serving Size: makes enough for at least 4 pieces of fish, refrigerate unused portion
