Gluten Free (GF) Banana Muffins

Ingredients
1.5 cup, mashed Banana, fresh .38 cup Granulated Sugar 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 tsp Baking Powder .25 tsp Baking Soda .5 tsp Salt .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1.75 cup King Arthur Measure for Measure Flour 8 tbsp Kirkland Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease muffin pan.

Blend all the wet ingredients in a high powered blender. Add dry ingredients and blend again.

Pour into muffin pan and bake for 20-24 minutes. Cool in pan for 5 minutes and then remove to cool on a rack.
