1 cucumber, diced1 c Cherry or grape Tomatoes, halved1/2 cup Pomegranate seeds4 c packed Mesculin / Spring Salad Mix (or romaine or other greens), chopped2 Tbsp Lemon Juice 2 Tbsp Lime Juice Other seasonings:Fine zest of 1 small lemonPinch of sumacHandful of fresh parsley leaves, choppedFresh mint, chopped, or a tsp of driedSalt and pepperMay add olive oil but I did not.
