Ingredients
2.0 serving Turkey, Butterball Ground Turkey 93% Lean (1 serving = 4 ounces)8.0 oz Ground Pork Sausage, Lean cooked, drained0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw3.0 clove Garlic1.0 tsp Ginger Root1.0 tsp Ginger, ground1.0 1tsp Sesame Oil0.33 tbsp Vinegar - Natural Rice Vinegar (Nakano)0.25 cup Soy Sauce908.0 gram(s) cabbage, shredded, Marketside, tri-colored cole slaw1.0 tbsp Hoisin Sauce3.0 oz Bolthouse Farms Matchstick Carrots1.75 cup Bean sprouts
Directions
In a large skillet, brown & chop meat until no longer pink. Drain. Put back in skillet & add onions, sesame oil, vinegar, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, hoisin sauce. Cook until onions are soft. Add carrots & slaw, cover & saute 5-7 minutes. Drain & add bean sprouts & green onion, if desired. Heat till warm.
