1 cucumber, peeled and finely diced1 cup red onion, finely diced1 15 oz can whole kernel corn, drained2 cups grape tomatoes, halved1 cup cilantro leaves1 tsp garlic, minced1 T Olive oil1/2 tsp ground cumin1/4 tsp ground cayenne pepper1 1/2 T fresh lime juice2 15 oz cans Glory Foods Seasoned Butter Beans, drained1 tsp ground black pepperSalt to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients, chill and serve.
