16 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla .5 cup Ancient Harvest Quinoa .333 cup, sliced Almonds .25 cup Dried Cherries 2 t Great Value No Calorie Stevia .5 tsp Vanilla Extract
1. In a small saucepan, bring the milk and quinoa to a low boil, cover and simmer for 15 – 20 min, adding more milk if necessary.
2. Stir in the stevia and vanilla extract.
3. Add in the cherries and almonds and mix well.
4. Garnish with additional almonds and cherries and serve.
