Ingredients
2.92 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, frozen, cooked1.0 tbsp Butter, salted1.0 cup Great Value - Vitamin D Whole Milk2.0 clove Garlic0.25 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)0.99 cup Mashed Potatoes, dehydrated
Directions
Puree the cauliflower. In saucepan cook garlic and green onion in butter until translucent, add cauliflower and about 1cup water. Cook down and add milk and 1 cup mashed potatoes and season to taste. Makes five 120 calorie servings.
