Ingredients
2 cup Peanut Butter, chunk style 16 tbsp =1/2 cupShredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill) 16 = 1/2 cup tbsp Chocolate, Nestle Real Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips 1/2 cup Cranraisins (by SUZABELL63) 2 scoops EAS whey protein - 1 scoop=30gr or 23gr of dry powder = protein and 130 calories 16 tbsp=1/2 cup Crushed walnuts (by W8GONE4GOOD) 8 tbsp =1/4 Cup Agave Nectar, Organic Blue Agave, Light 1 cup Oat Meal (Quaker Oats - Old Fashioned - dry)
Directions
mix dry ingredients well..in seperate bowl blend peanut butter with agave until smooth. Then blend wet with dry ingredients.
lightly spray a 8x8x2 cake pan then spread this mix evenly.
refrigerate covered until ready to munch.
