1 tbsp Olive Oil 1 large Onions, raw 2 clove Garlic 2 cup Leeks .5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 2 cup Vegetable Broth 1 cup Barley, pearled, cooked 1 tbsp, crumbled Bay Leaf .5 cup Sour Cream
Directions
Saok Barley for 4 hours, add all ingredients and cook for 2 hours on low heat
