Cilantro Lime Salmon

4 5oz. Salmon steaks1/2 cup cilantro, chopped2 tbsp lime juice1 tbsp olive oil1 tsp garlic1/2 tsp salt
Combine all ingredients except salmon. Reserve 2 tbsp of mixture. Put salmon on a plate or in a dish and brush with remaining mixutre. Cover and let stand for 10 minutes. Spray a broil pan with non-stick spray and place salmon on the pan. Broil 6" from broiler for 3-4 minutes. Remove and flip salmon. Brush with remaining mixture. Place back in oven and cook another 3-4 minutes or until done. Makes 4.
