Beefsteak and Cheese Hot Hoagie

Ingredients
6 oz Beef Eye Round Steak Thin Sliced (by CAMBRIA94) 1 serving Publix hoagie roll, 6" (by LADY504BUG) .25 cup Onions & Peppers, Sauteed 2 cubic inch Cheddar Cheese
Directions
In electric skillet, saute onions and peppers, add thin sliced beef to skillet. Cook until onions and peppers are soft and meet is just slightly pink.

Thinly slice cheddar cheese and place inside hoagie rolls. Top with skillet mixture of beef and onions.
