Ingredients
3 oz Atlantic Salmon (fish) (.5 filet option = 198g) 1 serving Birds Eye Cauliflower Rice (3/4 C / 82g) 1 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" lo Asparagus, fresh
Directions
1.Saute Salmon for 7-10 mins until fully cooked
2.Add 2oz of honey on top of salmon and cool for 15 min
3.Freeze salmon for 15 min
