Ingredients
3 oz Tyson Diced Chicken Breast 2 cup Green Giant Spring Mix Salad 1 serving Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato 0.25 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) 1 cup, chopped Cabbage, red, fresh 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1 serving South Beach Living Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
1.Toss Chicken in Italian seasoning,paprika,onion powder,garlic powder.
2.Saute diced chicken on flat top for 6-7 minutes until temp.
3.Cool chicken for 15 mins
4.Freeze chicken for 15 mins
