8 oz Baked Scrod (by JMARONEY) 1 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato 0.5 cup Grren Giant Cut Green Beans (by MZWRIGHT2U) 1 serving Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato 1 fl oz White Wine 1 cup Spinach, cooked 2 tbsp Basil
1.Cook Cod on tray for 7 min at 350 degrees.
2.Saute 2oz of garlic,white wine,cherry tomatoes and 3 cups of spinach.
3.Cool Fish for 15 min
4.Cool topping for 15 min
5.Freeze both for 15 min
