1 almond Almonds 1 oz (85 seeds) Pumpkin Seeds (whole seeds, roasted) 1 oz Walnuts 1 tbsp Almond Butter 1 tbsp *Flax Seed 3 tbsp Coconut Flakes, Organic, Unsweetened 1 1tsp Coconut Oil 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 5 gram navitas organic cocao powder (by TGGIUNTA1989) 1 tbsp Honey 1 serving Dates (Sun Date California Pitted; 5-6 dates)
1.Bottom base of bar;6 cups of almonds,6 cups of pumpkin seeds,6 cups of walnuts and 81 oz of almond butter add 16 oz of flax seeds and 8 cups of chopped coconut flakes mix all together then ad 56 oz of liquid coconut oil and three cups of vanilla extract spread on 4 sheet pans smooth and refrigerate for 30 mins.
2.Top of bar: 56 oz of coconut oil,81 oz of almond butter,2 cups of vanilla extract,16oz of 100% cocao powder,4 cups of honey,8 cups of puree dates the combine all the ingredients to make top of bar.
3.Combine top base with bottom base the freeze for 1 hour
