28.6 grams Buckwheat 1 tbsp Bob's Red Mill - Organic Whole Ground Flax Seed Meal 0.25 cup Organic All-Purpose White Flour 1 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 cup Milk, 1%
heat up pan, add coconut oil to melt -- mix flours, add eggs and milk and mix well -- pour out half for one pancake, takes maybe 2 minutes per side depending on how hot your pan is (I use cast iron) -- I like to top mine with a little butter and real maple syrup
