Fajita Chicken Roll-ups

Ingredients
19.36 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast .5 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) .5 serving Red Bell Pepper (one medium pepper) .33 small Onions, raw 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil .5 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Heat olive oil in heavy oven-safe skillet. Slice peppers and onions. Roll thin sliced seasoned chicken around peppers and onions. Secure ends with toothpicks. Sear rolls in pan. flip to sear opposite side. Place entire skillet in oven. Bake for 15 minutes.
