Ingredients
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour 1 tsp Baking Powder .13 cup Canola Oil .13 cup Honey .13 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, plain, low fat .5 cup Milk, 1% 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 extra small (less than 6" long Banana, fresh 1 serving Kretschmer Wheat Germ (2 Tbsp) 1 oz Walnuts 1 oz Sunflower Seeds, without salt 0.25 cup Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl
Mix all wet ingedients in bowl
Stir dry into wet just enough to wet flour, fold in nuts
